About Schnitzy's

Tenderloins

The Midwest's breaded pork tenderloin sandwich is a cultural icon. Our family is from Ottawa, Illinois and we share so many happy family memories eating tenderloins at places like Dettore's Bowling Alley and Polancic's Meat Market. We offer the Midwest Classic Tenderloin and have elevated the other sandwiches and schnitzel to new levels of flavorful creativity.

We provide catering for any event. You may also order tenderloins by the dozen to cook at home. Midwesterners are familiar with this concept and it's extremely popular for birthdays, the holidays, or just to keep in the freezer if you live a long distance away.
